Spa Etiquette
The ethos at Bloom Organics is one of healing and calm. Please respect that peace and tranquility by silencing cell phones. We encourage you to arrive early so you can relax. First time guests will be asked to complete an intake form, therefore, please arrive a few minutes early, so that you will not miss any of your well-deserved treatment time. Out of consideration to our other guests, we ask that you do not bring very young children to the spa and any other children be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. As much as we love them both, we do not allow food or pets. Finally, we suggest gratuities which reflect the quality of your service.
Reservation & Rescheduling
As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule. In order to secure your reservation we ask that you provide a credit card number or gift certificate. To avoid fees, we have a 24 hour rescheduling policy for single services and a 48 hour rescheduling policy for multiple or specialty services. We ask late arrivals to be responsible for the full fee. These guidelines also apply to gift certificate holders.
Product Storage & Returns
We recommend products be stored in a cool, dark place. We are bound by our manufacturers’ return policies and when possible, offer exchanges or credits on returns.
All purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Sale items may not be returned. We require returned containers to be unopened (except for defective product) and, if you have allergies, we would like to suggest you sample before purchasing.
Please note that all Gift Cards purchases are final and Gifts Cards are strictly non-refundable.
