Spa Etiquette

The ethos at Bloom Organics Day Spa is one of healing and calm. Please respect that peace and tranquility by silencing cell phones. We encourage you to arrive early so you can relax. First time guests will be asked to complete an intake form, therefore, please arrive a few minutes early, so that you will not miss any of your well-deserved treatment time. Please note that children are not permitted in the treatment rooms.


Reservations, Rescheduling & Cancellations

In order to secure your reservation, a valid credit card or Bloom Organics Day Spa gift card number is required. For club members, membership points may also be used.

As a courtesy, we operate a prompt schedule. This means that we will adhere to the appointment times reserved and properly secured by our guests. Therefore, we ask late arrivals to be responsible for the full fee. This applies to gift card holders and club members too. We also ask that guests who do not provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments be responsible for the full amount of the service(s) reserved. In the case of multiple appointments or packages, 48 hours notice is required to avoid charges. For group booking of three or more guests, with multiple appointments, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the reservation.

ALL sales of Bloom Organics Day Spa gift cards, spa packages, membership dues, monthly promotions (including gift(s) with purchase) and/or other special offers are final and strictly non-refundable.

Please note: Membership points remain active for 12 months from date of purchase; however accounts are then subject to a 25% inactivity charge in subsequent years, if no visits or purchases are recorded. Accounts may also be subject to administration and/or reactivation fees.

Product Storage & Returns

We recommend products be stored in a cool, dark place. We are bound by our manufacturers’ return policies and when possible, offer exchanges or credits on returns.
All purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Sale items may not be returned. We require returned containers to be unopened (except for defective product) and, if you have allergies, we would like to suggest you sample before purchasing.
